Before Work Begins
A customer may request cancellation before work has commenced.
If approved, a refund may be issued after deducting any applicable payment processing fees.
After Work Has Started
Once work has commenced including reviewing documents, conducting assessments, preparing drafts, or delivering any part of the purchased service the service is considered to have begun and is non-refundable.
Digital Deliverables
Due to the nature of digital services, refunds cannot be provided once any of the following has been delivered:

If you believe the delivered service does not match the purchased scope, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will review the concern and, where appropriate, provide reasonable revisions consistent with the purchased service.
